In preparation of our 3 week Texas tour, I received a great packing technique that I just had to share! While visiting with my friend Brandi about traveling and packing with little ones, she shared with me that she uses Space Saver bags. Basically, we decided it wasn't the kids stuff that we were worried about..it was all of our clothes. :)
So, my friend Audra let me borrow some of her bags and VOILA!!! I've turned a huge headache into a packing success!
So to all my fellow world travelers, I highly recommend heading to Target, Wal-Mart or Bed Bath and Beyond and picking up a set of these!

we used these when we moved and they were awesome! i've never thought to use them for packing.. brilliant!
ReplyDeleteI can't really take all the credit. I watched Killers with Katherine Heigl and she used them in that movie when she packed for Europe.
